We want you to feel iconic in your Mars The Label pieces, but if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, with original tags attached and hygiene seals intact where applicable.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
